Kelly Ju is providing a rare opportunity to participate in a Kimchi Lab in Cox Institute tomorrow beginning at 2 p.m. in the Plant Science Food Lab.
Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings. It is Korea's national dish and there are hundreds of varieties made with a main vegetable ingredient such as napa cabbage, radish, scallion, or cucumber.
All participants can take a sample home with them
